Website redesign that makes the next step clearer.

If your website no longer reflects your business or makes it difficult to enquire, a redesign should solve those specific problems. We review what works, what gets in the way and what needs to change before rebuilding.

Identify the problem before changing the design

An outdated appearance is only one reason to redesign. Visitors may struggle to find your services, read the page on a phone or locate a contact method. List those problems first. If you have enquiry or search data, bring it to the review so decisions can use evidence instead of assumptions about what a new design might achieve.

Keep what already helps customers

A redesign does not need to discard useful content. We look at your service descriptions, project examples and contact paths to decide what should stay, be rewritten or be reorganised. Genuine reviews and existing brand assets can continue to support the site when they are accurate and you have permission to use them.

Plan the move before launch

Keep a list of existing page addresses, especially those linked from Google, directories or social profiles. Where a replacement page serves the same purpose, map the old address to it with an appropriate redirect. Check domain settings carefully so website changes do not unintentionally affect business email. Agree the launch scope and retain a recoverable copy of the previous site.

Check the experience customers actually use

Review service navigation, contact links, image loading and the mobile layout. If a form or booking system is included, test submission and receipt rather than just its appearance. A visitor should see an accurate confirmation of what happened. Any existing integration needs to be identified before its replacement is promised.

What a redesign can and cannot promise

Clearer content and usable navigation can remove obstacles to enquiries. A redesign alone cannot guarantee traffic, search rankings or sales. Those also depend on demand, your offer, your reputation and how people discover the business. After launch, review real search and enquiry data to decide what should improve next.

Request a review of your current site

Send your current website address, the services you want to promote and the main issue you want solved. Tell us about any forms, payment systems or booking tools that must keep working. We can then discuss a focused refresh or a broader rebuild, along with the scope and responsibilities for launch.
